2014 – The Beginning of SamBoad Ventures
In 2014, SamBoad Ventures was registered as a Sole Proprietorship following the completion of Samuel Kwame Boadu’s national service. The company began operations in mobile money services, later expanding into ticketing, travel assistance, insurance brokerage, and commission-based construction services — laying the foundation for a versatile business model.
Transition to Limited Liability Company
After years of steady growth, the company transitioned to SamBoad Business Group Ltd, a Limited Liability Company, to support its expanding operations and partnerships. This strategic shift marked the beginning of a new era of corporate structure, diversification, and professional expansion.
Launch of SamBoad Media Consult
That same year, SamBoad Media Consult was established as the media and digital marketing arm of the group. The team began managing digital campaigns and creative services for major brands such as CocoVanilla Restaurant, Luxe Lounge, Alora Beach Resort, Level Bar & Lounge, Priority Insurance Company, Ghana National Chamber of Pharmacy, Kofikrom Pharmacy Ltd, and Rokmer Pharma.
2022 – The Birth of SamBoad Express
In 2022, SamBoad Express was launched though operating under SamBoad Business Group as the logistics division of the group. With a growing partnership with DHL Express, the company expanded into global parcel services and local motor delivery, solidifying its role as a reliable logistics and courier brand.
2024 – Establishing SamBoad Publishing
Building on its media expertise, SamBoad Publishing was registered in 2024 to drive the group’s presence in digital journalism, public relations, and brand communications. The division now manages five active online news platforms, strengthening the group’s footprint in Ghana’s media and publishing landscape.
